Camtasia & PhotoStory Day - 10/16/07

We survived. Our supervisor, Lisa McKenney, came to the rescue this morning. We discovered that despite what we thought, Nora's narration on the PhotoStory along with the slides was recorded last night. We just had the music volume up too high in the background, and we couldn't hear it. There are a few things to do to change it but we have saved our original just in case.

Lisa then assisted Pam with the Camtasia portion of the project: catalog searching. Pam sounded wonderful on the narration, although she didn't think so. Displayed you will see a photo of both Pam and Lisa. Pam could be a professional narrator! Maybe audio books are in her future!

On Friday Lisa will be coming back to our library to help us finish up the projects, and how we want to link them to our home page.

Now to get the final narration of the PhotoStory down. We need to choose a time when there are not many staff people in our workroom, so Friday may be the next time we can do it, otherwise we may end up recording little beep, beeps from the cataloger and the bookmobile as they are working. That's all for now. We feel better!
